At Wandering Bear Games, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. However, due to the nature of our products (digital downloads), we have a strict no-refund policy.
Why no refunds?
Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it is considered "used." Unlike a physical product, we cannot restock or resell a digital file.

Exceptions
While we generally do not offer refunds, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
